Account and data deletion
K-ABC keeps learning records on your device by default and syncs them to our server only if you connect an account. How you delete information depends on what it is.
1. Learning records on your device (default)
Go to Settings → Manage data → Delete everything to remove your learning records and profile from the device. If you never connected an account, uninstalling the app also removes all learning records from your device.
2. Your account and synced records
If you are signed in, Settings → Manage data → Delete everything immediately deletes your account on our server, your synced learning records and any survey answers sent from that account, together with the records on your device. If the server deletion fails, nothing is deleted — check your connection and try again. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account on the server. If you cannot use the app, send a deletion request below from your account email. We delete it within 7 business days.
3. Alpha application information
To delete information you sent with your alpha application (name, email, device details and feedback), send a deletion request from the email address you used to apply. We delete it within 7 business days of receiving the request.
4. Information not deleted
Records that must be retained by law, and statistics processed so that individuals cannot be identified, are excluded. [확정 필요: S-G1] Items will be confirmed after the data collection method is decided.
5. Where to send a request
